Recipes meet your pantry
Cook from what you have, keep your own cookbooks, and bring scanned shopping home in one flow.

- Recipes match your pantry: see what you can cook now, what is one or two ingredients away, and add the rest to your shopping list. Adjust servings, filter by diet, and see supported swaps. Download a collection in your language when you choose; the recipes you open stay on your phone.
- Keep your own cookbooks beside the collection. Photograph a page to read its ingredients and steps, or write a recipe in plain words. Choose a cover color for each book.
- Scan from the Shopping tab into the cart, add prices from a receipt, then unpack the cart into your pantry. Items that do not belong there can stay out.
- Read printed best-before dates while scanning a barcode, use the camera button in any date field, or type a date as printed. Label reading can be switched off.
- Fridgify remembers product prices and shows unit prices. Household prices are shared only when shared learning is enabled.
- An Everywhere pill groups all pantry locations. Choose which screens fill the four tab-bar slots, including Insights and Needs a Look.
- Spices appear as jars with visible fill levels. Status notices show outages and planned maintenance windows.

- Review a scanned item’s date, location, category, size, and price on one sheet; rows unfold directly in the review list.
- When adding by hand, scan beside the name to fill known product details without replacing what you typed.
- View, edit, or delete learned product suggestions. Deleted items can now be undone throughout the app.
- Household rows show the other member’s stamp; recipe-list colors show how well a dish matches your pantry.
- Ignore an unwanted barcode permanently, with an option to allow it again under Product Database.
