Yes! Fridgify is completely free to use. All features, including unlimited items and group sync, are available to everyone. If you'd like to support the development, you can make an optional one-time purchase or subscribe, but this is entirely voluntary and does not unlock additional functionality.

Absolutely. All your data is encrypted with AES-256 both on your device and during sync. We use end-⁠to-⁠end encryption for group features, meaning even we can't read your grocery lists. No account required, no tracking, no ads.

Yes! Fridgify is designed offline-⁠first. You can add items, check things off, and manage your inventory without any internet connection. Everything syncs automatically when you're back online.

Just type or paste natural text like "2x apples, 500g chicken, 1L milk" and Fridgify automatically parses it into structured items with quantities and units. You can preview and edit before adding—it's the fastest way to fill your inventory.

Yes. You can export all your data as an encrypted backup anytime from Settings, and delete individual items, groups, or your entire account — including everything on our servers — right in the app. Uninstalling removes all local data. Lost access to your device? You can still request deletion by email — that request is cryptographically signed, so only you can make it.

Currently Fridgify is iOS-only. An Android version is planned for the future, but we don't have a specific release date yet. Follow us for updates!
